Water Polo - Girls

The Lake Forest High School Athletic Department would like to announce that Lauren Broz has been named the new Head Girls Water Polo Coach.

Broz is a native of Mt. Prospect who has been swimming competitively her entire life.  She has been involved with Water Polo as either a player or coach since the age of 11.  This includes a stellar playing career at Prospect HS where she was a four year starter at goalie, and still ranks amongst the IHSA's all-time leaders for saves in both a game and a career.  This proficiency in goal also led to her being named to both the all-conference and all-sectional teams three consecutive years while in high school.  Broz brings with her significant coaching experience in both swimming and water polo at the park district level, and served as the Assistant Coach for the LFHS Girls Water Polo team last year before being tabbed for the top slot for the upcoming 2025 season.  Congratulations, Coach Broz, and welcome to the team!
