How to Get Support

Start With your Teacher
The first step for all academic support is to contact your teacher.  Your teacher will be able to use Personal Learning Time, schedule support sessions during, before, or after school, or recommend additional supports inside and outside of class.  Click here to access the LFHS staff directory.  Teachers are the first stop for all academic support in or out of the classroom.

How to Access Support

Students or parents who wish to access tiered interventions at Lake Forest High School may contact their school counselor, dean, social worker, or psychologist. A support request may also be made directly by using the Support Request form.  Academic supports may include structured study hall, peer tutoring, executive function tutoring, daily check-ins and school-to-home looping, or other supports as needed.
